So what is CPA and how does the average person make money from it? All of the answers are here, which may surprise you.
CPA stands for “Cost Per Action” or “Cost Per Acquisition” and its a lead based model that many industries use to power leads for their businesses.
For example, the insurance industry, to name one off the cuff, has a few markets using the CPA model to drive leads to their business, such as:
In each example, most people are unlikely to actually purchase the above insurance programs without first consulting with the company, sales consultant, etc. So in this case you would drive a visitor to a landing page where they filled out a form and then that information of someone searching for, say, car insurance would be sent to several insurance companies. The CPA network will pay you 10, 20 or even 30 dollars or more for each form that was submitted. Keep in mind these are for people simply filling out the form, not actually making a commitment or inputting their credit card information.
There are people making 20,000 dollars A DAY profit in CPA marketing. Super Affiliates making even more. It is all about driving traffic to the right landing pages and getting people to do what you want them to do.
